When PE stone jaw crusher works, through the motor's wheels, the triangle belt and slot wheel drive the eccentric shaft, it makes the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity which are composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be crushed and the final products will be discharged from the discharging port.

     The main advantage of our used PE stone jaw crusher over other kinds of mills is that you can grind a friable or crystalline material to 5 - 47 microns average particle size and classify in a very narrow particle size range at the same time. Q1: Installation?
Answer: At the client's request, Shanzhuo can provide installation technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs. 

 

Q2: Payment?
Answer: 30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client's satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the Shanzhuo factory.

Q3: What about Warranty? What will we do if the machine is broken down?
Answer: The warranty period for all of Shanzhuo's structural and mechanical equipment is one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
