SC Cone Crushers introduction

SC Cone Crushers is widely used in metal and non-metallic mines, cement, construction, sand and metallurgical industries. It is applicable to materials like iron ore, nonferrous metal ores, granite, limestone, quartzite, sandstone, pebbles and so on.

SC Cone Crushers working principle

The electric motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through a pulley or linkage shaft, and the moving cone rotates around a fixed point under the urging of the eccentric sleeve. After being brought into the crushing chamber, the material is continuously subjected to compression and impact between the moving cone and the fixed cone. At the same time, due to changes in the rotation trajectory of the moving cone, the material is also subjected to bending stress, and is ultimately crushed into materials that meet the particle size and discharged from the lower part.

3. How do you adjust particle size in your SC Cone Crushers?
     By using hydraulic cylinders to control the lifting and lowering of the fixed cone, precise adjustment of the discharge port size can be achieved. When it is necessary to reduce particle size, the hydraulic system pushes the fixed cone to descend and shrink the discharge port; To increase the particle size, raise the cone and expand the discharge port.

Q1: Installation?
Answer: At the client's request, Shanzhuo can provide installation technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs. 
 
Q2: Payment?
Answer: 30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client's satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the Shanzhuo factory.
 
Q3: What about Warranty? What will we do if the machine is broken down?
Answer: The warranty period for all of Shanzhuo's structural and mechanical equipment is one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
