Since its launch on the market, it has passed a number of scientific and technological achievement appraisal and become the best replacement product for traditional Raymond mill, pendulum mill and ball mill as well as the first choice for large-scale mineral plant construction.

Working process of the host: The electric motor drives the reducer through a V-belt, and the reducer drives the spindle. The upper end of the spindle is connected to the grinding roller hanger, and the grinding roller component is suspended on the grinding roller hanger through a cross arm shaft. The entire grinding roller component can swing around the cross arm shaft. When the spindle rotates, the grinding roller component rotates around the central axis while rolling along the inner circle of the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force. The lower end of the grinding roller hanger is equipped with a shovel frame, and a shovel seat plate is installed under the shovel frame. The shovel seat plate is equipped with a shovel. The scraper blade picks up the material inside the grinder and sends it between the grinding ring and the grinding roller for rolling.

Q1: Installation?
Answer: At the client's request, Shanzhuo can provide installation technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs. 

 

Q2: Payment?
Answer: 30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client's satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the Shanzhuo factory.

Q3: What about Warranty? What will we do if the machine is broken down?
Answer: The warranty period for all of Shanzhuo's structural and mechanical equipment is one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
