The SZKP reversible hammer crusher is named for without grates and the rotor rotation direction can be reversed. It overcomes the problem of blockage caused by high material humidity, improves the utilization rate of hammers, reduces the frequency of hammer head replacement, and ensures the uniformity of discharging size. This series reversible hammer crushers are employed for the fi ne crushing of medium-hard to soft materials, the ore compressive strength not more than 150Mpa, such as Anhydrite,quicklime, lignite, dolomite, gypsum,glass, potash, limestone, china-clay, diatomite, chalk.

SZKP Reversible Hammer Crusher working principle

SZKP reversible hammer crusher is a new type of crushing equipment, general confi guration by crusher main engine, motor, torque limiting hydraulic coupling, and liquid opening device. The spindle and hammer handle is forged with 42CrMo alloy steel. The hammer head and village plate are cast with high wear-resisting alloy. Because it is different from the design concept of an ordinary crusher, the structure of the large rotor, short pin shaft, and reversible rotary combination hammer, have the advantages of large impact, easy operation, and maintenance, and low operation cost.

Q1: Installation?
Answer: At the client's request, Shanzhuo can provide installation technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs. 

 

Q2: Payment?
Answer: 30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client's satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the Shanzhuo factory.

Q3: What about Warranty? What will we do if the machine is broken down?
Answer: The warranty period for all of Shanzhuo's structural and mechanical equipment is one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
